Position

Artemest is looking for an analytical, self-driven and clear thinking individual to work as the Operations Manager.

The candidate will be responsible for the development of the company operations, to support Artemest fast growth and help the company become the global leader in luxury furniture and design. The main challenge will be to review and improve the company internal processes, while leading the order management and post-sales teams.

The successful candidate has a strong background in operations or consulting, with a proven track record in successfully managing complex processes. She/he is comfortable with directing a growing team and feels at ease in complex and fast-paced environments.


What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Be the point of reference in the company for the whole order process, leading the growing order management and post-sales team
  • Manage team priorities and workflow on a continuous basis
  • Develop and implement scalable processes, based on KPIs, to drive measurability and efficiency
  • Assess areas of improvement to drive productivity, eliminate errors and ensure an excellent customer experience
  • Structure data collection, reporting and analysis, to improve predictability and drive relevant business decisions
  • Solve escalated complaints and give instructions on most delicate cases
  • Work closely with all the internal stakeholders from other departments (mainly Logistics, Sales, Finance, Catalogue Management, Technology), to correctly prioritize orders and ensure an impeccable customer experience
  • Motivate and train the team to achieve target and develop a strong customer-oriented and problem-solving attitude
  • Manage hiring and rapid team growth with the support of the HR function

Requirements

Who are we looking for?

  • At least 5-year experience in digital companies operations, preferably in the luxury industry, or consulting
  • MSc in Engineering, Business, Computer Science or other quantitative degree
  • Proven capability to manage complex processes
  • Natural sense of leadership, comfortable working in an agile, fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset
  • Self-driven, flexible, organized and problem solver
  • Entrepreneurial attitude
  • Italian native, English fluent
