Artemest is looking for a clear thinking, organized and enthusiastic self-starter to work as the localization manager.

The candidate will be responsible for our localization efforts – starting with the initial localization of the website into 4 new languages. The candidate will manage all localization projects for catalog, website UI, editorial content, newsletters and digital advertising.

The successful candidate is a precise, data driven person, with a superior level of attention to details, who communicates clearly and concisely.

Main duties and responsabilities:

• Plan translation needs with business partners and a network of freelancers
• Coordinate freelancers, localization vendors and internal stakeholders to guarantee timely project deliveries
• Develop and implement smart processes for a highly efficient team
• Manage translation costs and project budgets at a speed that supports business growth

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience leading teams as a people manager and extensive experience in the localization industry in multiple positions – background in digital businesses and ecommerce in particular are a strong plus
• Strong ability to deliver high quality localized content, with a specific eye for cultural needs and implications
• Familiar with translation management systems (TMS), CAT tools, and databases
• Proven ability in coordinating work with tight deadline across internal team and external stakeholders
• Excellent verbal, written English and at least two of the following: Italian, French, German, Spanish
