Position

Artemest is looking for a clear thinking, organized and enthusiastic self-starter to work as a frontend developer in its nascent tech team. Experience in frontend development for e-commerce websites is a plus.

The successful candidate is a precise, data driven person, with a superior level of attention to details and website performances.


What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Development and maintenance of new frontend storefront application for the company’s ecommerce website
  • Full stack development and maintenance of internal tools (MERN stack)
  • Testing development with RTL and Cypress

Requirements

Who are we looking for?

  • 1+ years working as a frontend developer
  • 1+ years working with JavaScript as your primary language
  • Good understanding of SSR and static rendering
  • Great understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around such issues
  • Familiarity with front-end build tools
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, particularly git
  • Great attention to detail
  • Good English

Nice to have:

  • Experience with React, Next.js in particular
  • Previous contributions to open-source projects
  • Experience with JavaScript unit and end-to-end testing
  • Experience working with a product-oriented, agile culture
