To strengthen its team, ARTEMEST is looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist with a strong attention to detail, who will be in charge to control and validate descriptive and visual contents to be published on the e-commerce platform.

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate strictly with the Product Team, editorial personnel and graphic designers
• Guarantee that items’ description and artisans’ biographies respect internal requirements
• Ensure that all products’ pictures are compliant with the company aesthetic and style
• Give punctual and effective feedback to ensure high-quality outputs
• Evaluate external suppliers’ performances
• Contribute to continuous improvement of procedures and processes
• Occasionally work with the Marketing Department on magazine section’s contents

Desired Skills And Experiences:

• +2 years of relevant work experience in website quality control activities, preferably gained within luxury e-commerce
• Academic background
• Outstanding attention to details and extreme ability to maintain a high concentration
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to interact at all register levels
• A strong sense of accountability and ability to work autonomously
• Persisting and assertive attitude
• Aesthetical sensibility, a sharp eye and critical thinking
• Excellent knowledge of English
