Position

To enhance its Team, Artemest is looking for a motivated, organized and self-starter Customer Care Intern.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer care daily activities: handling customers’ inquiries and requests through emails and calls
  • Interact with suppliers to manage customers’ requests and negotiate the best solution for the company and its customers
  • Work closely with other departments (Logistics, Product Management and Technology) to ensure an excellent level of customer experience
  • Customer loyalty and retention initiatives
  • Continuously evaluate internal customer care processes and propose business development initiatives

Offer details:

  • Working hour: full-time (from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm)
  • Monthly compensation: 600€

Requirements

Desired Skills And Experiences:

  • Degree in languages or humanistic disciplines
  • Exceptional problem solving and organizational skills, with strong orientation to results
  • Able to manage relations and negotiations, with excellent communication skills
  • Attention to details, flexibility and entrepreneurial attitude
  • Professional proficiency in English, Italian native. Any other language is a plus
  • Previous working experience is considered a plus
