Position

Accounting & Administration Intern

To enhance its team, Artemest is looking for a highly organized and enthusiastic Accounting & Administration Intern, who will be involved in general accounting activities and who will be asked to suggest suitable proposals to implement and improve day-to-day processes.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Review and verify invoices and check requests to ensure that all payments are accurate and correct
  • Ensure proper cost accounting
  • Assist for updating billing systems, following up of payments collection, reconciling accounts, monitoring payment-related customer account
  • Bank statement reconciliation
  • Support to administration activities

Requirements

What we are looking for?

  • Economics, ùbusiness or Finance Degree
  • A brief experience in a similar role will be considered a plus
  • Good attitude with numbers and analytical acumen
  • Strong understanding of accounting and financial principles and practices
  • English and Italian proficiency, any other language is a plus
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude, able to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software (e.g. ERP)
  • Ability to work both alone and as a team member, being able to communicate to staff at all levels, able to work in cross functional teams

Other information

  • Starting date: September 2021
  • Duration: 6-months internship with the possibility of an employment contract offer at the end of this period
  • Compensation: 600€ per month
