Position

To enhance its team, Artemest is looking for a highly organized and energetic AFC Analyst to join the AFC Team.

The Administration, Finance & Control Analyst will ensure the integrity of end to end accounting and financial records in compliance with Business needs, Corporate directives and policies, and accounting principles.


What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Assist in month-end close process, including reconciliations, general ledger, AR, AP, journal entries
  • Prepare bank reconciliations on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Support financial statements and monthly reporting activities
  • Analytical Accounting and analysis by cost centers
  • Create and edit spreadsheets for ad hoc reporting
  • Participate in new exciting projects

Requirements

What we are looking for?

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Economics and/or Accounting
  • 2+ years-experience gained in Accounting roles
  • General accounting knowledge in the application of receivables and payable
  • Analytical acumen and problem-solving attitude
  • Proficiency in English and Italian
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude, able to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and expertise with relevant computer software (e.g. ERP)
  • Communicates effectively with clients and third parties concerning accounting, tax, audit or administrative issues
