Company Description

ARKA Service is an international service desk and multilingual technical centre that offers support to multinational companies who operate in several countries, we are looking for a Service desk assistant in TURKISH and English language .

Position

The job offer consist in customer support; answering to incoming calls, problem determination, problem solving, or call dispatching to second level queues. Based on the candidate’s knowledge there will be a training period carried out on the job through our senior teachers. Our work contract is full time (40 hours per week) or part time (20, 25 or 30 hours per week) with 24/7 shifts. Work location is based in Buttigliera Alta (TO).
Arka Service is directly hiring with fixed-term contract or internship / apprenticeship.

Requirements

Essential knowledge and skills:
- Very good knowledge (Native or C2) of TURKISH language
- Good knowledge (at least B2) ENGLISH language
- Good mastery of IT tools
- Availability to work 24/7 shifts

Preferential knowledge and skills:
- Driving license
- Knowledge of a third language
- Help Desk or call centre experience
- Knowledge of MAC systems

Personal characteristics: customer focus, readiness to learn, interest in working in a multicultural environment, aptitude for problem solving, positive attitude and smiling.
