ARKA Service is an international service desk and multilingual technical centre that offers support to multinational companies who operate in several countries, we are looking for a Service desk assistant.
The job offer consist in customer support; answering to incoming calls, problem determination, problem solving, or call dispatching to second level queues. Based on the candidate’s knowledge there will be a training period carried out on the job through our senior teachers. Our work contract is part-time (21 hours per week minumum) or full time (40 hours per week) with 24/7 shifts. Work location is based in Buttigliera Alta (TO).
Arka Service is directly hiring with fixed-term contract or internship / apprenticeship.

Essential knowledge and skills:
- Very good knowledge (Native or C2) ITALIAN, FRENCH, ENGLISH, SPANISH, PORTUGUESE, GERMAN, DUTCH, CECO, TURKISH, POLISH, CATALANO, ROMANIAN, HUNGARIAN, RUSSIAN, JAPANESE, KOREAN, MANDARIN, AZERI, GEORGIAN, SLOVENIAN, FINNISH, NORWEGIAN, CROATIAN language
- Good knowledge (at least B2) ENGLISH language
- Good mastery of IT tools
- Availability to work 24/7 shifts
Preferential knowledge and skills:
- Driving license
- Knowledge of a third language
- Help Desk or call centre experience
- Knowledge of MAC systems
