Intervieweb S.r.l. is a software house (part of Zucchetti Group, the biggest Italian software house), a company focused on developing cloud software for HR and in particular for Talent Acquisition.

The main products are:

• In-recruiting (www.in-recruiting.com), one of the main Applicant Tracking System (ATS) / Recruiting software available on the market: the product is supplied in Cloud/SaaS solution and allows for the internal management of the whole recruiting pipeline.
• Inda (www.inda.ai), an API service that implements Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions in the world of Human Resources.

We focus on the B2B market: our clients include companies of any size and industry. The company is located in Italy, but we operate worldwide.

The Data Science team, focused on Inda, currently includes 5 people and it is growing to face the increasing demand for new developments and solutions.

You will join the Data Science team as AI Data Engineer. We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic, and motivated person, with a strong interest in facing problems related to managing big data and in defining the pipeline and the optimal architecture to manage and analyze such data, with a particular focus on container architecture and web-oriented services. The ideal candidate is brilliant and inclined to quickly learn how to use new technologies.

You will take part, together with the Data Science team, in the design and deployment of Inda architecture and you will be able to contribute to strategic choices concerning the evolution of the product.

The profile we are looking for has a Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, with an interest in big data and AI applications.

Main tasks include:

• Development of REST API services
• Deployment and maintenance of AI solutions (e.g., Natural Language Processing and neural network algorithms)
• Collaboration with the Data Science team to design new solutions and algorithms
• Explore alternatives to the technologies currently used in Inda
• Improve the infrastructure, with a focus on scalability

• Experience with microservices architecture
• Goos knowledge of ElasticSearch
• Familiarity with in-cloud computing and AWS services (e.g., S3, EC2, ECS, Lambda)
• Knowledge of container solutions (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with python and java
• Familiarity with code versioning (in particular, Gitlab)
• Interest in AI (e.g., Deep Learning models in Natural Language Processing)
• Ability to work in teams
• Goal-oriented mindset and responsibility
• Enthusiasm, desire to learn and to get involved
